Passport must have at least 36 months of validity remaining at application.

Complete the online application at evisa.imigrasi.go.id under Second Home category (B511 or B512).

Detailed CV with professional history.

Open an account at an approved Indonesian state bank for the deposit.

Deposit the required amount as a time deposit (Bilyet Deposito) at the Indonesian state bank. Must be maintained throughout permit validity.

Obtain the Bilyet Deposito certificate confirming the time deposit. Upload to eVisa application.

If not using deposit route, provide Indonesian property deed valued ≥$1M USD.

Private health insurance valid in Indonesia for the visa period.

Police clearance from country of citizenship.

Pay the eVisa fee via the portal.

Receive Second Home eVisa approval.

Enter Indonesia within the eVisa validity. Complete biometrics at the local Kantor Imigrasi.

Receive your e-ITAS / Second Home Visa card.

Register your residence at the local Kantor Imigrasi office.
