Constitute the PT PMA via OSS. Total authorized capital ≥IDR 10B with ≥25% paid up.

Hold ≥IDR 1B personal shares in the PT PMA; share-certificate evidence.

Resolution appointing the applicant as Director or Commissioner of the PT PMA.

PT PMA sponsors the application via the DGI eVisa portal.

Police clearance from country of citizenship.

Private health insurance valid in Indonesia.

Pay the Investor KITAS fee (~$1,000–$1,500 per year). Investor KITAS typically exempts DKPTKA monthly contribution.

DGI issues the Vitas authorization, allowing entry to Indonesia for KITAS conversion.

Enter Indonesia and complete biometrics at the local Kantor Imigrasi.

Receive the physical KITAS card.

Register residence at the local Kantor Imigrasi.

Register the PT PMA for an NPWP (tax identification) at DJP.
