Receive the written advisory opinion from DGE / Bpifrance / La French Tech. Required for the consular application.

Complete the France-Visas application with the Talent — Porteur de projet category.

Signed letter referencing the ministerial advisory opinion, business plan, and intended French city.

CV plus diplomas, apostilled and sworn-translated into French.

Criminal record extract from country of legal residence, less than 3 months old, with sworn French translation.

Republican-values commitment per CESEDA L412-7 / Loi 2024-42.
